1. About Us
This website, ma-house.com, is operated under the trade name Ma House by Mathieu Azam, sole trader (auto-entrepreneur), business name DigiScale, SIRET 941 901 308 00010, 11 Passage Puech Redon, 81990 Cunac, France. Contact: info@ma-house.com. VAT: not VAT registered — French small business exemption (article 293 B of the French tax code). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on ma-house.com.

3. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

4. Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been processed. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error, and refund it in full.

6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and/or Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment, within the United States. See our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.

9. Warranty
Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a product, its terms are stated on that product page. See our Refund Policy for how to make a claim.

10. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of our products or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
