Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Ship-From Location
Our sofas ship directly from our supplier's warehouse at 259 Soi Sukhumvit 63, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery takes 5-7 business days within the United States. Total time from order to delivery is usually 6-10 business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted.

Delivery is made to your door (ground floor or building entrance) by our parcel carrier. In-home placement, assembly and packaging removal are not included. Please check that the boxes will fit through your doorways, hallways and stairs before ordering.

Shipping Rates
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Washington, D.C. We do not ship to US territories or military (APO/FPO) addresses. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Import Duties and Customs
All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): US import duties, customs fees and clearance charges are prepaid by us and included in the price you see at checkout. You will never be asked to pay anything at delivery.

Order Tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation, email info@ma-house.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
